Building Inspections

The Village of Poplar Grove does not handle permits for Candlewick Lake, or Timberlane. 

All building permits must be submitted to the Village before going to B&F Construction Code Services. 

There is a $25 initial application fee which is due at the time of application.  Applications can be dropped off or mailed to Village Hall, 200 N. Hill Street, Poplar Grove, IL,  with a $25 application fee.  The building inspector will review applications, and be in touch with the applicant.

Building Inspections are conducted in the Village on a case by case basis. All inspections must be called into B&F Construction Code.
